Duration: TEMP TO PERM (6months as temp then will go to perm)
Careermakers Recruitment are seeking an experienced customer care technician.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A driving licences and is comfortable driving around
Key responsibilities
- Attend to and complete customer repair requests to a high standard.
- Manage workloads and update internal systems accordingly.
- Coordinate appointments with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Work closely with the Customer Care and Construction teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and quality.
- Support NHBC and Trustpilot targets, maintaining a 5-star customer experience.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales.
