Labourer - House Builder Experience
Support house building projects across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, using your previous housing site experience to keep work moving safely. Work across different developments on both short and longer term jobs, giving you steady labouring work with weekly pay.
Role details
£13.24 - £16.84 per hour, weekly pay. Roles available on short and long term house building projects across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
The role
The Labourer - House Builder Experience role centres on supporting trades and site teams on active new-build housing sites. You'll use your past experience on house builder projects to work safely, follow directions, and keep the site organised so work can progress.
What you'll be doing
- Carry out general labouring duties on active house builder sites.
- Move and handle materials and equipment safely around site.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from debris and hazards.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and tradespeople.
- Wear and look after your full PPE at all times on site.
- Travel to different housing sites across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire as required.
What we're looking for
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous labouring experience on house builder sites.
- Full PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
- Reliable timekeeping and consistent attendance.
- Own transport, which will help with reaching some sites.
