Experienced Picker / Picker Packer – Crawley, West Sussex

Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Perm
We are currently recruiting experienced Pickers to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Crawley.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, speed and reliability are key. You will be picking customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.
Duties include:
Picking goods accurately using RF scanners, pick lists or voice-picking systems
Checking product codes, quantities and order details
Packing orders where required
Moving stock safely around the warehouse
Supporting loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when needed
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working to daily targets and dispatch deadlines
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Picker, Picker Packer or Warehouse Operative
Confident using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work at pace in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for the shift
Right to work in the UK
