We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Taunton.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re looking for an early start, afternoon shift or nights, we have opportunities to suit you!
Available Shifts & Pay
AM Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 — £13.41 per hour
PM Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 — £14.05 per hour
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 21:30–06:00 — £16.09 per hour
Weekly pay available.
Key Responsibilities
Finishing and packing cakes to a high standard.
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
Mixing ingredients in line with set recipes and procedures.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic working environment.
Working effectively as part of a supportive production team.
Following all food safety, quality control and health and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Previous production or food manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work on your feet and carry out repetitive tasks.
A reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
