We're recruiting a Sous Chef for an established, independently owned Gastro Pub in West London. The venue comprises of several indoor dining and event spaces and serves a quality, not overworked, British menu.
As Sous Chef, youll help run the kitchen by leading a section managing a medium sized team, and helping maintain exceptional standards and reputation.
