Join Our Growing Fire Safety Team
We are seeking 2 experienced Fire Risk Assessors (FRAs) to join our team, carrying out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments across a portfolio of properties in London.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Identify fire hazards and assess risks to occupants and properties.

Produce comprehensive, high-quality fire risk assessment reports.

Provide practical and cost-effective recommendations for compliance and risk reduction.

Liaise with clients, property managers, and stakeholders as required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Essential Requirements
-
Level 3 Qualification in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent recognised fire safety qualification).

Proven experience carrying out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments.

Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and associated guidance.

Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Full right to work in the UK.

Membership of a recognised professional body.

Experience across residential and commercial properties.
