Monday to Thursday 12pm-6.30pm

The Role
To ensure Customers are served quickly and in a friendly manner.
Make sure that we are compliant in food safety/health and safety.
Make sure that the kitchen and FOH is always clean and tidy.
Assist in the kitchen e.g. frying fish / chips or doing food prep
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all patrons receive a high level of customer service.
- To ensure canteen area is kept clear of obstruction in accordance with Health &
Safety regulations.
- To maintain the standards FOH.
- Records to be filled in for temperatures (Hot and Cold food and fridges etc).
- Presentation of items FOH.
- Help in kitchen
- Cleaning
- Cash handling/ locking up
- Help with stock takes
- Putting deliveries away
- Be alert to any food issues and raise these with Chef/manager at once
- Washing Up
- Any other jobs as required
Previous Experience
Food Hygiene Cert
Great communication skills
Well organized
Experienced Catering Assistant
Customer-focused
Driving Licence
Willingness to undertake additional duties as required
