Control Panel Wiring & Electrical Fitting – Huntingdon area – to £38,000 + Benefits
Busy, growing machinery manufacturer seeks an Electrician or Control Panel Wirer to be based in the workshop helping to build and wire the electrical aspects of the machines, the electrical panel. You’ll read electrical drawings, wire panels and enclosures, and handle motors, sensors, pushbuttons and drives. You’ll also complete wiring on one‑off packaging or processing machines.
What we need:

Control panel wiring, PLC / MCC panels etc, or industrial electrician experience

Ability to read electrical drawings

Wiring, cabling, wiring looms, terminating inside the panel and then across the machine, wiring in drives, motors, sensors, components.

Flexible, hands‑on approach, comfortable working with a project team in the wiring of clever machinery from start to finish.
What you’ll get:
£35,000 to £38000 basic depending on skills levels + holiday, pension benefits.
Commutable from Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Peterborough, Cambridge, Ely, etc.
