KEY DUTIES

Monitor IT systems and networks for security incidents and potential threats.

Assist with vulnerability assessments and basic security audits.

Support the implementation of cyber security controls and best practices.

Help investigate suspicious system activity and security alerts.

Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Support the deployment and maintenance of anti-virus, endpoint protection, and security software.

Learn how to identify phishing attacks, malware threats, and social engineering risks.

Assist with patch management and software updates.

Help maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records.

Provide first-line support to customers for cyber security and IT-related queries.
