Our client, a well-established automotive accident repair centre based in Castleford, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy team. The Paint Sprayer role offers a stable career opportunity within a reputable and long-standing group with centres across the UK. If you have a proven track record in vehicle painting and refinishing, this position provides excellent prospects for progression and financial reward.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £45,760 depending on experience
OTE of £60,000
Working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 with no weekend work

Recognised and reputable bodyshopDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Prepare vehicles for painting and polishing post-spray, ensuring correct and safe standards
Accurately record hours worked, materials utilised, and work completed on each vehicle
Prepare and refinish vehicle body surfaces and alloy wheels
Maintain high quality standards throughout the painting process
Use water-based paints and refinishing techniques as required
Ensure safe working practices are followed at all timesRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
At least 3 years of experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop or main dealer environment
Attention to detail and quality awareness
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Experience with water-based paints preferred
ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but extensive experience may be considered in lieu
