We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair centre in Castleford. This is a well-established group known for stability and growth within the automotive repair industry. The successful Panel Beater will become a vital part of a busy accident repair centre committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £45,760, dependent on experience
OTE approximately £60,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, no weekends

Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
Conducting insurance repairs and some retail work
Planning job schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely vehicle repairs
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and technical skills
Ensuring high levels of customer service that foster customer loyalty and referrals
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly work documentationRequirements of a Panel Beater:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or main dealer setting
Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential
