I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client based in DN4 for a Production Operative position.
This role will primarily focus on production, while also supporting other areas of the warehouse, including order picking and packing.
Location: DN4
Pay Rate: £13.00ph
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30am until 4pm
‼️Onsite Drugs and Alcohol tests done at random, company wide.‼️
🔧 Main Duties:
✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment at all times
✅ Helping to keep communal areas clean and hygienic
✅ Following all quality control and production procedures
✅ Carrying out daily production tasks to the required standards
✅ Paying close attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards
✅ Preparing goods accurately for packing and dispatch 📦
✅ Reporting any issues, defects, or concerns to management straight away
✅ Disposing of packaging correctly and following site recycling procedures ♻️
✅ Supporting other production team members when required
✅ Attending regular reviews and development meetings to support personal growth and training opportunities 📈
✅ Wearing the correct PPE at all times 🦺
✅ Following all Health & Safety policies and procedures
✅ Adhering to company policies regarding bullying, discrimination, smoking, drugs, and alcohol
