Recruitment is a fast-paced, people-focused industry where no two days are the same. You'll learn how to build relationships, win new business and connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with businesses and key decision-makers.
Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Understanding clients' hiring needs and finding the right candidates.
Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement.
Negotiating offers, developing client relationships and closing deals.
Working towards targets and celebrating your achievements.You'll be given the tools, training and support to develop your skills, grow your network and become a successful recruitment consultant.
