AM & PM
Weekend availability is essential.
Friday to Tuesday are our busiest days, and we particularly need support during this period. Availability every Monday and Friday is required.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering online grocery orders directly to customers' homes
Providing excellent customer service
Managing delivery paperwork and customer returns accurately
Completing vehicle safety checks
Handling customer questions and complaints professionallyPlease note: Manual handling is required, including the handling and transportation of alcoholic drinks and pork products.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, you must:
Have held a valid UK driving licence for at least 6 months
Be licensed to drive manual vehicles
Have no more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements
Have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Be friendly, enthusiastic and reliable
Be willing to handle alcohol and meat products
Be available every Monday and Friday, with weekend availabilityPrevious grocery delivery or van driving experience is preferred, but not essential.
LOCATION
Greenford, West London.
The depot is approximately 3 minutes from Greenford Underground Station on the Central line.
