The Company
Our client is an established and growing business operating within the fire safety and compliance sector, providing essential services to a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and engineering customers. With a strong focus on customer service, quality and reliability, the business is committed to maintaining high standards and building long-term relationships with its clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that values its people, encourages professional development and offers the opportunity for career maximisation and long-term progression.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Service Co-ordinator to join a busy service delivery team. The role will involve co-ordinating engineers, scheduling planned maintenance and reactive works, managing customer enquiries and ensuring service commitments are met. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, engineers and internal departments, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will also include updating internal systems, maintaining accurate records, managing customer portals and ensuring work is completed in line with agreed service levels.
The Person
We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in a co-ordination, scheduling, customer service or service administration role, ideally within a busy, service-led environment. Most importantly, you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with large corporate clients, field-based engineers and internal colleagues at all levels. You will be comfortable managing competing demands, resolving queries, thinking on your feet and maintaining a high level of accuracy under pressure. A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential. Experience within the fire safety sector is not required, as transferable skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are the priority.
