Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Full-time / Rotation Shift-based
(Mon- Fri 6am-2pm & Mon - Thurs 2pm -midnight)
About the Role
My client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift and Picker Operator to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring stock is handled accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (counterbalance / Pivot flexi truck / pallet truck as required)
Load and unload deliveries
Move, stack, and store goods in designated areas
Pick, and prepare orders for certain production processes
Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Always follow health & safety procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as requiredRequirements
Valid counterbalance forklift licence
Previous warehouse or forklift operating experience
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Good timekeeping and reliability
Good computer skillsDesirable (but not essential)
Experience with warehouse management systems
