Production Operative
Location: Buckingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
OA are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a successful manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous production or machine operating experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.
Duties of a Production Operative:
Operating and overseeing machinery across different sections of the production line.
Loading and unloading machinery with materials and products.
Ensuring production targets are met and machinery runs smoothly.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Using hand tools as part of the manufacturing process.
Working independently and as part of a team.
Undertaking repetitive tasks, including some heavy lifting.
What we're looking for:
Previous production or machine operating experience.
Experience using hand tools.
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to location.
