CNC MILLER – 2-SHIFT SYSTEM Competitive Pay – Rate Slightly Flexible for the Right Candidate!
Right Hire Recruitment is looking for an experienced CNC Miller who can set, operate and programme CNC milling machines to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.
We’re ideally looking for someone with experience using Mazatrol programming systems, although candidates with experience using other CNC programming systems will also be considered!

🛠️ THE ROLE
- Set, operate and programme CNC milling machines.
- Use Mazatrol or other CNC programming systems to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure components are manufactured accurately to required tolerances and quality standards.
- Carry out machine setups, tooling changes and adjustments.
- Inspect finished components and maintain high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support efficient production.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller.
- Ability to set, operate and programme CNC milling machines.
- Ideally, experience with Mazatrol, although other programming systems will be considered.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of tooling, machining processes and component inspection.
- A reliable, self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail.
