We are currently seeking a reliable Plasterer/Tiler to join our clients Maintenance Team working on void properties across the local area.
Full-time and Part-time roles considered.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, and general maintenance works on void properties.
Key responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering

Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other domestic area's
-
Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard
Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer and tiler within domestic maintenance

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Good attention to details and quality workmanship

Full UK Drivers Licence
-
City & Guilds Plastering qualifications or CSCS
-
Own tools
