HELLO ORIENTAL is coming to Wigan, and we're looking for an experienced Head Chef to help us launch our exciting new Pan-Asian restaurant! This is a fantastic opportunity to join us from day one, take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in making our newest restaurant a success.
What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an Asian / Oriental restaurant kitchen is essential

Confidence leading a busy kitchen team

A passion for great food and high standards

Strong organisation and communication skills

Reliable, hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Available to start immediately and able to travel to Wigan
What's on offer?
💰 Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
📍 Location: Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan
🕒 Hours: Full-time, working within an 11am–10pm operating window
