We're recruiting for an established and growing production business in Brackley, looking for Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly team.
Whether you already have experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation, or you're looking for an opportunity to learn something completely new, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be trained to operate specialist semi-automated machinery used in textile production and finishing. No experience with this particular equipment is required, as full training will be provided.
What matters most is your attitude, reliability, attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in!
What you'll be doing
Learning to operate semi-automated textile finishing and stitching machines
Reading and following job sheets and production instructions
Handling and guiding fabrics through the finishing process
Trimming and finishing materials
Quality checking completed work
Folding and packing finished products
Working accurately and efficiently to production deadlines
Working as part of a busy and supportive production teamWhat we're looking for
Previous experience within production, manufacturing, textiles, fabrics, print finishing or machine operation would be useful, but it's certainly not essential.
More importantly, you'll be:

Able to follow instructions and job sheets
