Metalis are currently working alongside an established manufacturer based in Leeds who are currently recruiting for a General Machinist to join their busy production & engineering team.
Candidates with CNC laser experience are preferred, but those with general CNC operating experience within manufacturing, production or engineering are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating CNC machinery within a production environment.

Reading engineering drawings and following specifications.

Carrying out quality checks and ensuring accuracy.

Meeting production targets and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Previous CNC experience within manufacturing or engineering.

Laser cutting experience advantageous but not essential.

Good attention to detail and a reliable attitude.
