The Role As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via telephone, email, and live chat. You will support customers with enquiries, discuss solutions, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Working within a busy contact centre environment, you will receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Responding to customer enquiries via email and live chat
Building rapport with customers and providing excellent service
Negotiating suitable solutions and payment arrangements
Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
Working towards individual and team targets
Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and compliantly Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within a contact centre, call centre, or customer service environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Good computer and administration skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
