The ability to listen, understand customer needs and explain information clearly.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and the confidence to take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in IT.

What’s on Offer?
An initial temporary contract of up to 12 months, with the intention of offering the full 12 months to candidates who are performing well.
Potential for a longer-term career pathway, including consideration for entry onto an IT Infrastructure apprenticeship programme for candidates who demonstrate exceptional ability and meet the relevant entry requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring IT professional to gain practical experience, develop their technical skills and build a future career in IT Infrastructure, while developing valuable customer-facing experience.
