Start Your Career Where It Counts
Phaidon International is a multi-award-winning talent partner, recognised for service and growth. Backed by private equity, we're now entering our most ambitious chapter yet. We are smart, driven people, with world-class training, and a relentless focus on specialist markets where the demand for great talent never slows down.
You'll join one of our six industry-leading brands who operate in some of the most exciting and high-growth industries in the world. Here you'll build deep expertise in your niche to become a true market authority.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Development
From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day one you'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.
Candidate Engagement
Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.
End-to-End Process Management
Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. You'll be the person both sides rely on to get it right.
Embrace Technology and Data
We equip our consultants with best-in-class tools and data to work smarter and move faster. You'll use technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen your outreach - but it's your expertise and relationships that turn insight into results. We're not replacing the human element. We're supercharging it.
What We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need recruitment experience, but you do need the right mindset.
-
Ambition: You want to build something, earn well, and grow fast
-
Communication: You're confident, clear, and know how to adapt your style
-
Professionalism: You show up prepared, follow through, and carry yourself with maturity
-
Work ethic: Whether it's sport, part-time work, internships or academics, you've shown what you're made of
-
Degree: Predicted 2:1 or above (or 2+ years' experience in a sales environment)
What We Expect
Show Up and Deliver, Consistently
Success in recruitment is built on activity. That means making the calls, having the conversations, and putting in the work, day after day, not just when it feels easy. We track performance because we care about your growth, and consistent output is what separates good consultants from great ones.
Own Your Results
We'll give you the training, the tools, and the support, but what you do with them is on you. We want people who take responsibility for their desk, their relationships, and their outcomes. If something isn't working, we expect you to raise it, learn from it, and come back stronger.
Be Resilient
Recruitment is a people business, and people are unpredictable. Deals fall through. Candidates change their minds. Clients go quiet. The consultants who thrive here are the ones who take that in their stride, stay focused, and keep moving forward. Resilience isn't just a nice-to-have, it is what this career is built on.
What's In It For You
Yes, we have benefits, in fact we have some excellent ones including uncapped commission, award-winning internal training and leading healthcare benefits.
But that's not why the right person joins us. What we offer is:
-
Invaluable access to major clients from day one, not in five years from now, who will be in your network for life
-
Investment in technology that amplifies what you can do, providing you with the tools to be truly competitive
-
An environment that's built around making you better, where opportunities are given to continually evolve how you deliver
-
The chance to learn from people around you who have created serious careers and want to pass that knowledge on
-
A commercial model that rewards performance no matter your role
-
A physical environment designed for high performance, where being present around the right people accelerates everything
