Preparing vehicles for paint application, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready
Accurately following manufacturer repair times and paint mixing schemes
Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the prep process
Ensuring customer vehicles meet quality expectations and are delivered on time
Collaborating with team members to uphold efficiency and productivity in the bodyshopRequirements of the Bodyshop Prepper:
Previous experience as a Bodyshop Prepper or in a similar automotive environment
Full UK driving licence
Experience with paint mixing and prepping vehicles for painting
Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Ability to work efficiently within manufacturer repair times
