Salary: £36,363 – £40,777 (package up to £45,777)
Retention Payment: £5,000
Contract: Permanent
Pro Social Partners are working with Cardiff Council to recruit Newly Qualified Social Workers into a supported first year in practice in Children's Services.
The Role

Hold a protected, supported caseload during your first year in practice.

Complete assessments and direct work with children and families.

Work alongside experienced colleagues and partner agencies.

Develop your practice through a structured consolidation programme.
About You
-
A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work Wales registration (or eligibility to register on qualification).

A passion for improving outcomes for children and families.

Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
