Hours: Monday to Friday Working Hours: Flexible 8am - 4pm or 9am -3pm
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the day to day operations of a busy transport and distribution function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across warehouse and fleet operations, ensuring the accurate management of transport systems, delivery documentation, customer communications, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and update transport management systems including Road Runner and Falcon Tracking.

Monitor vehicle movements and delivery statuses through fleet tracking systems.

Process and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, delays, and queries.

Support fleet administration including vehicle records, transport documentation, and operational compliance.

Enter, maintain, and analyse operational data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for management.

Assist with goods in administration, including booking deliveries and processing associated paperwork.

Investigate delivery discrepancies and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic records.

Provide general administrative support to warehouse and transport operations.
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within a warehouse, transport, logistics, or distribution administration role.

Experience using transport management systems such as Road Runner and vehicle tracking systems such as Falcon Tracking is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, data entry, and report generation.
