We are recruiting for an Event Administrator to join a busy and fast paced events team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Event Administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple projects and supporting the delivery of successful events.
Offering £14.00 per hour working 37.5 hours per week, this is a four-week assignment. Based in a village location near Brackley.
Duties:

Provide administrative support to senior management and the wider events team

Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials

Take meeting minutes and track actions through to completion

Manage team calendars and holiday records
-
Produce and update weekly team reports and presentations
-
Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support budget administration
-
Coordinate expenses and payment requests
-
Manage enquiries and the events inbox

Support event planning and delivery, including arranging operational requirements and preparing event documentation including health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and contractor records.
Experience:
-
Previous experience within an administration role.

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities

A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Must have a driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location of the role.
