Interim FM Contracts Administrator
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid - Working up to 2 days on site)
Duration: Initial 3-6 Month Contract (with likely extension up to 12 months)
Commitment: 5 Days per Week (Monday to Friday)

We are recruiting for an experienced Interim FM Contracts Manager to support a large and complex operational estate during a period of transition.
This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities management professional with strong contract management expertise to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts, ensuring service continuity, compliance, contractor performance, and value for money.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor a portfolio of outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts.
Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors and service providers.
Lead contract review meetings and performance discussions.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance standards, and contractual obligations.
Drive improvements in service delivery and contractor performance.
Manage contract documentation, records, risks, and audit trails.
Support health & safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Review expenditure, forecasts, and commercial performance data.
Provide clear management information and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
Support procurement, tendering, contract renewals, and mobilisation activities where required.
Handle contractual communications, task orders, and compensation events in line with agreed contract procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience managing high-value FM service contracts.
Strong knowledge of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management.
Experience working with NEC contracts, ideally NEC4.
A track record of improving contractor performance and service delivery.
Strong understanding of FM compliance, risk management, and health & safety requirements.
Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, contract performance reviews, and governance processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
The ability to quickly embed into an organisation and deliver results with minimal supervision.
