A leading advanced manufacturer operating from South Wales are currently looking to recruit a CNC Machinist. As a business they operate on a global scale and supply a diverse range of industries and are growing significantly. Benefits and Package:
A starting salary of £35,000 - £39,000
5% company pension
Quarterly profit share bonus

Role & Responsibilities:
Set and operate a variety of CNC machinery - Machining facilities include EDM, CNC wire cutting, CNC grinding, honing, CNC milling, lapping and CNC turning
Conduct thorough inspections of produced parts, swiftly identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
Adjust setups, alter programming, and sharpen tools as needed to enhance performance and maintain optimal production levels throughout the manufacturing process.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a CNC Machinist / Operator role
Ideally have experience working on hard wearing materials
Ability to use measurement tools and gauges
Manufacturing background
