What will you be doing?
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll support pupils with additional needs through:
One-to-one and small-group learning support.

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.

An interest in child development and SEN.Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential.
