Job Description
Reactive Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a social housing repairs and maintenance team covering various areas across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within social housing.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance within residential properties.

Completing door repairs, hanging doors and fitting locks.

Repairing and replacing skirting boards, architraves and door frames.

Carrying out kitchen and bathroom carpentry repairs.

Completing planned and reactive maintenance works.

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Maintaining good communication with residents and the wider team.

Working safely and professionally in occupied properties.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Carpenter.

Experience in repairs and maintenance.

Social housing experience preferred.

Relevant NVQ or equivalent carpentry qualification preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
