We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Carers to join our team in one of our Ofsted-rated 'Good' and 'Outstanding' residential children’s homes. Our homes provide care for young people aged 9-17 who have faced significant emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Build positive relationships with young people, supporting their emotional and behavioural development
✔ Work within a trauma-informed approach, using behaviour management techniques (full training provided)
✔ Contribute to the home’s daily routine, including cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a homely environment
✔ Keep accurate written records of daily events and progress
✔ Work within a structured three-day rolling rota, ensuring a healthy work/life balance

What We Need from You:
✔ A Full UK Manual Driving Licence (aged 23+ for insurance purposes)

✔ The ability to maintain written records and contribute to daily documentation
