Quality Auditor – Food Manufacturing
Hours: 06:00–18:00
Shifts: Sunday–Tuesday or Sunday–Wednesday
We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join a busy food manufacturing environment.
Requirements:

Previous food manufacturing experience, ideally in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Food Safety.

Good knowledge of GMP, hygiene, allergen control and food safety standards.

Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.

Good communication skills and confidence working independently.

Microsoft Office experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out GMP and hygiene audits.

Completing production start-up and quality checks.
-
Conducting product assessments and taste panels.
-
Performing allergen verification and environmental monitoring.
-
Maintaining quality documentation and supporting corrective actions.

Working with production teams to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
