Automotive Field Sales Representative – £30,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Salary: £30,000 basic + up to £5,400 annual bonus
Location: Field-based – designated local territory
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Lynx Employment Services is recruiting an Automotive Field Sales Representative to join a growing business working with independent garages across a designated territory.
You'll spend your days visiting local garages, getting to know business owners, building relationships and introducing products and services that can benefit their businesses.
You don't necessarily need previous field sales experience. We're interested in people with the right personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
This could be a great opportunity if you've previously worked in automotive parts, a garage, a dealership, customer service, retail sales or another customer-facing role.
What You'll Be Doing
Visiting independent garages and automotive businesses in your territory.
Building relationships with garage owners and existing customers.
Introducing products and services to potential new customers.
Identifying opportunities to develop new business.
Planning your own visits and managing your working day.
Working towards achievable monthly sales targets.
Providing a friendly, professional service to customers.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
Friendly, approachable and good at building relationships.
Self-motivated and happy working independently.
Organised and able to manage their own time.
Interested in the automotive industry.
Keen to learn and develop a career in sales.
In possession of a full UK driving licence.
Previous sales experience is welcome, but attitude, personality and communication skills are just as important.
What You'll Receive
£30,000 basic annual salary.
Monthly performance bonus of up to £450.
Total potential annual earnings of £35,400.
Company vehicle provided.
Full training and ongoing support.
Monday-to-Friday working – no scheduled weekends.

Company vehicle arrangements: During the first 12 weeks, a pooled vehicle will be provided and must be returned to the designated site overnight. Following successful completion of this period, a dedicated company car will be allocated, with personal use permitted subject to Benefit in Kind taxation.
