Must have’s

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong academic background, ideally with good GCSE grades in Maths and English, A-Levels or a degree

Create documentation and gather key information from files

Accurately enter, amend and update data across relevant systems

Respond professionally to client and internal enquiries

Reconcile and allocate payments to the correct records

Prepare reports and process insurance premiums

Quality-check documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
