Quality Assurance and Curriculum Development Advisor

Are you passionate about raising standards in teaching, learning, and assessment? In-Comm Training is looking for a Quality Assurance and Curriculum Development Advisor to play a pivotal role in improving learner outcomes across our apprenticeship and technical education programmes. If you thrive on coaching others, developing innovative curriculum, and driving continuous improvement, this is the role for you.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who brings:

A Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA or A1) and a Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance award (V1)

A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent teaching qualification

GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)

Proven experience in quality assurance of teaching, learning, and assessment within a training or education environment

Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to support and upskill staff at all levels

Experience in curriculum design and development, with a focus on engagement and learner progression

A commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and embedding best practice

A Level 4 or above teaching or curriculum qualification and a coaching/mentoring qualification would be a distinct advantage
