MTrec’s prestigious manufacturing client is looking to recruit a machine operator to join their growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to expand their knowledge and skills within an industry-leading employer

This role is available to work either a 2 or 3 shift pattern.

The Job you will do:

Operating a range of specialist machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Setting up, loading and running equipment in line with job requirements
Carrying out a variety of processing, finishing and preparation tasks
Checking completed work against specifications and quality standards, and reporting any issues
Completing manual finishing, preparation and packing tasks ready for dispatch
Keeping equipment and the work area clean, organised, safe and well maintained
Working efficiently to deadlines and coordinating with colleagues across different teams
Following procedures and maintaining consistent standards throughout the production process
