The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional needs.
Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour, communication, confidence, and social skills.
Build positive relationships with students and provide consistent encouragement and reassurance.
Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to implement individualised support strategies.Why Apply?
