Salary: £36,750We are looking for a Property Surveyor/ Property Inspector who is passionate about improving living standards and shaping investment decisions through detailed property assessments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and is keen on using smart technology to enhance housing quality.
Day-to-day of the role:
Visit homes across our Clients portfolio, from Brighton to Croydon, to capture accurate observations and photographic records.
Assess property conditions focusing on critical areas such as damp and mould.
Utilize digital tools to record and manage data, ensuring a consistent view of our housing stock.
Manage your own diary and appointments through a smart scheduling system to optimize daily operations.
Engage directly with customers in their homes, providing professional and positive experiences.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for capturing precise information.
Comfortable working independently and managing a personal schedule.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in using technology and adaptability to new systems and tools.
Organised and proactive in managing travel, equipment, and appointments.
Interest in housing, property, or surveying with a desire to develop a long-term career in the sector.
Background in energy assessment, housing, property inspection, Property maintenance or other field-based roles is advantageous.Benefits:
