Are you a qualified Level 3 EYP who enjoys helping young children learn through play? Reeson Education is recruiting across nursery and school EYFS settings in Southampton, Hampshire.
This is an opportunity for a Level 3 EYP to use their early years experience in flexible supply work or suitable longer-term placements.

Position: Level 3 EYP
Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
Location: Southampton, Hampshire.
Start: ASAP, following registration and safeguarding checks.
Contract: Flexible supply and longer-term opportunities, depending on vacancies.Your Role as a Level 3 EYP
You will work as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, supporting children's learning, development and daily care within an early years team.
Plan and support purposeful play, stories and practical activities.
Encourage communication, social skills and growing independence.
Observe children's interests and achievements and contribute to their next steps.
Support care routines and keep the learning environment safe and welcoming.What We're Looking For in a Level 3 EYP
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential for a Level 3 EYP.
A Level 3 EYP with direct nursery or EYFS experience and a warm, proactive approach.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework, child development and safeguarding.
