About the Role
We are looking for a Spray Cell Operative to join a busy production environment. You will be responsible for spraying undercoat or glaze onto sinks, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained before products move through to the kiln process.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect products prior to spraying and identify any defects.

Spray products safely and to the required quality standards.

Complete all required checks and paperwork.

Follow company procedures, SOPs and health & safety requirements.

Wear the correct PPE at all times.

Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.

Meet production targets and quality standards.

Report defects, equipment issues or unsafe practices.
-
Work effectively as part of a team and support other areas when required.
About You
-
Previous spraying experience, such as car spraying, is desirable.

Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
-
Reliable, team-focused and willing to learn.
-
Good communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
