Multi-Skilled Operative – Widnes
£14.40 per hour | Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 4:00pm
NEW STARTER BONUS – £250 AFTER 8 WEEKS
Daval Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy waste management operation based in Widnes, WA8.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced plant operator with a background in mobile plant and site operations, ideally within the waste or recycling sector.
Key Responsibilities

Operating a Loading Shovel
-
Operating a 360 Excavator with rehandler attachment
-
Loading, moving and processing waste materials safely and efficiently

Supporting general site operations as required

Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any defects

Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping on site
Requirements
-
Proven experience operating a Loading Shovel

Proven experience operating a 360 Excavator with rehandler attachment

Previous waste or recycling experience is preferred

Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

Ability to work as part of a team and follow site procedures

Reliable, flexible and hardworking attitude
