Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Position 1 Recruitment is recruiting for an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator to join an established and respected business at its Suffolk site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, PA, Administrator or Business Support professional to provide direct support to the Plant Director within a busy operational environment.
The Role
Working closely with the Plant Director and wider site teams, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, helping ensure the site operates efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing executive and administrative support to the Plant Director

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly management reports and KPIs

Maintaining confidential records and key site documentation

Coordinating meetings, events, customer visits and training

Maintaining SQDCP reporting

Managing SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and site communications

Supporting employee travel, vehicle administration and NAVAN bookings
-
Maintaining annual leave and sickness records
-
Supporting employee awards and engagement surveys

Managing stationery, merchandise and general site administration
-
Supporting Health & Safety and People teams
-
Developing and updating Excel-based business reporting
-
Supporting internal systems and new system implementation

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and standardise administration
About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or Business Support professional who can manage competing priorities and work confidently to deadlines.
You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience handling confidential information with discretion. Experience within a manufacturing, production or operational environment would be advantageous.
You will be self-motivated, adaptable and confident using your initiative, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high standards. You should also be comfortable identifying improvements and challenging existing processes where appropriate.
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, Business Administrator or Business Support role would be advantageous.
