Compliance Administrator

Behind every candidate we place into a school is a detailed compliance process - and this is the role that makes sure it all happens properly.
We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Romford office and take responsibility for the checks, paperwork and administration that sit between registering a candidate and getting them ready to work.
It's a role that suits someone who likes things to be organised, enjoys working through a process and isn't afraid to pick up the phone when something needs chasing.
What your day will involve
You'll be working with our recruitment consultants and candidates to make sure every file is complete and meets the standards required for someone to work in an education setting.
That could mean:
Processing DBS checks and keeping track of their progress
Checking identification, right-to-work documents and other candidate information
Requesting and following up references
Speaking with schools and other organisations when checks need to be completed or verified
Updating internal systems and keeping records accurate
Working with consultants to ensure placements aren't delayed by outstanding compliance
Dealing with queries and resolving issues as they ariseYou'll have a varied workload and will often have several candidates at different stages of the process, so keeping yourself organised will be important.
What matters to us
You don't need to have worked in recruitment before.
You might already be working in administration, HR, compliance, coordination, customer service or another role where you've had to manage information and make sure things are done correctly.

You'll be joining a well-established education recruitment business where compliance is an important part of everything we do.
You'll work closely with the recruitment team and have a genuine influence on how quickly and efficiently candidates can be placed into schools.
There's also the opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment compliance and progress within the wider business over time.
