We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Confidential Waste Van Driver based in Thatcham.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering £14.79 per hour PAYE, with pay parity with the client's own drivers.
The Role
As a Confidential Waste Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

Driving a company van to collect confidential waste from customers and sites.

Returning collected waste safely to the depot.

Assisting with the secure disposal and processing of confidential waste on site.

Loading and unloading waste as required.

Carrying out manual handling duties safely and efficiently.

Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.

Completing all duties in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Essential Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence – essential.

No criminal record – essential due to the nature of the role.

Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Comfortable carrying out manual handling and loading/unloading duties.

Availability to work Monday to Friday.

Previous van driving experience is preferred but not essential.
