If you're a recent graduate, you must have worked throughout university alongside your studies.

Driving Licence Requirement
For our Birmingham office, you must have a full driving licence or be currently learning to drive with a driving test booked.
What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
Interview and assess candidates
Build strong candidate relationships
Develop relationships with schools and clients
Source and attract candidates
Manage your own recruitment desk
Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
Build your sales and negotiation skills
Develop new business opportunities
Manage and grow client relationships
Work in a competitive, target-driven environment
Receive daily coaching and developmentYou'll have the training and support to develop - but your ambition and performance will determine how far you progress.
