Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts
Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 10:00am / 10:00am - 2:00pm
30-minute lunch break each day
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer for a Solder Resist Operative to join their production team in Telford.
This is a varied, hands on role involving several stages of the PCB manufacturing process. Full training will be provided, making it a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience.
Responsibilities:
Coating panels with solder resist ink using a semi-automated coating machine
Developing panels after exposure
Inspecting panels to ensure quality standards are met
Applying legend print using a semi-automated inkjet machine
Identifying and reporting defects
Following production procedures and work instructions
Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:
Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience preferred
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures accurately

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
