Key Duties:

Carrying out general property maintenance and repair works

Undertaking a range of trade tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and general building work

Completing both reactive maintenance works and planned project work to a high standard across a variety of sites

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally

Maintaining excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
Candidate Requirement:

Proven experience as a multi-skilled operative or in a similar role

Competence across multiple trades

Full UK driving licence

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
